General Rates

  • Typical tasks: €60 per hour incl. VAT

    • Minimum 1 hour

    • Billed per 30 minutes

  • Call-out fee: €60 (credited to invoice if work is performed)

  • Cancellation fee: €60 within 24 hours

  • 15% added to materials cost

  • Additional fees for travel outside Amsterdam

Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and services provided by Holland Cowboy, registered with the Kamer van Koophandel under number 84061960.

Quotations & Pricing

  • Quotes are non-binding unless stated otherwise.

  • Work is billed per half-hour (as described above) with a one-hour minimum unless a fixed price is agreed to in advance.

Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made by EU bank transfer unless agreed otherwise in advance.

  • Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

  • Unpaid invoices in excess of 14 days will accrue a €40 late-payment fee and statutory interest.

Scope of Work

  • Services are limited to those agreed upon before beginning work.

  • Services may not and will not include:

    • Advanced electrical work, e.g. installing/replacing circuits, wiring, or panels

    • Boiler installation or repair

    • Gas line or other fire-hazardous work

    • Scaffolding or roof work

    • Structural (load-bearing) modifications

    • Floor installation

    • Electronics repair

Materials

  • Materials may be supplied by the client or Holland Cowboy.

  • Holland Cowboy offers no warranty or guarantee for materials supplied by the client.

  • Materials supplied by Holland Cowboy are subject to a 15% handling fee.

  • Holland Cowboy is not liable for delays due to materials availability.

Liability

  • Potential liability is limited to direct damages only.

  • Holland Cowboy carries no liability for indirect/consequential damages, pre-existing issues or defects, or client-supplied materials.

  • Maximum liability is the reasonable cost of the repair of direct damages.

Warranty

  • Holland Cowboy offers a three-month workmanship warranty on the work performed.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or subsequent/additional modifications.

  • Holland Cowboy will handle warranty claims on materials that it provides.

  • The client will handle warranty claims on materials that they provide.

Cancellations

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled work is subject to a fee and reimbursement for any purchased, nonreturnable materials.

  • Materials handling fees are nonrefundable.

Access & Safety

  • Client is responsible for providing needed access to perform the work.

  • Client must provide a reasonably suitable and safe working area.

  • Holland Cowboy may refuse work based on an unsafe working environment without liability.

Governing Law

  • Agreements are handled exclusively under Dutch law.

  • Agreements and amendments are valid only if agreed in writing.

  • Any legal disputes arising from or relating to the work shall be handled by the competent court in The Netherlands.
